Bayshore Home Care Solutions is offering a once in a lifetime opportunity for individuals like you, to obtain a Community Health Worker Certificate and begin your career in the health care industry right now! No previous healthcare experience is needed!

Community Health Workers (CHWs) are frontline public health workers who have a close understanding of the community they serve. As a CHW you will interact with elderly populations and/or people with disabilities and provide compassionate care and support to people in need.

Working as a CHW provides gratification in the meaningful work you do, while also providing opportunities for continuous advancement in your career. Bayshore Home Care Solutions will provide a fully funded tuition, hands-on paid training, including a guaranteed job with the organization. 

You will begin your journey with an 8-week program designed to provide you with the education and skills you will need to work as a CHW in the exciting and fast-growing field of health care.


Requirements

 

-      Received 2 authorized doses of COVID-19 vaccination

-      Driver’s license (G2 or G) and access to a reliable vehicle

-      Ability to pass or satisfy a Criminal Background screening upon hire

-      Ability to satisfy a reference check

-      A willingness to work every other weekend

-      A passion for making a difference in your community

-      Live in the community you will be servicing 

-      Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations
