What you’ll do:

· Identify, extract, and mine relevant data sources for business analytics

· Pre-process structured and unstructured data including data cleaning, and validating data integrity for analysis and modeling

· Organize data into usable formats, and databases and develop analytic solutions

· Validate and process data using a series of scripts and applications

· Analyze and resolve data integrity issues

· Generate a variety of reports based on special requests

· Monitor and complete all data extracts/downloads or adhoc data requests in a timely manner and on an expected schedule, communicating any challenges/roadblocks

· Understand and be able to manipulate data to file specifications for submission of data to clients or internal business units

· Reviewing source documents and inputting data into databases or software programs

· Consolidating client information, organizing data in clear and coherent formats and spreadsheets, and creating dependable and precise databases that the organization may use for business purposes.

· Identify areas for optimization, automation, and growth through data, presenting recommendations to senior team members.

Qualifications:

· Working knowledge in PHP/My SQL/SQL Query/JavaScript/API/AWS

· 2+ years experience in an analytics role supporting multiple teams

· 2+ years experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)

· 2+ years of experience in data processing using Quantum/SPSS/Excel

· 2+ years experience programming with SQL and relational databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)

· Strong communication skills and active listening skills

· Strong proficiency with advanced Excel/Google Sheets techniques like Pivot table, Vlook up, advanced formulas, Data analysis/interpretations

· Desire to continually keep up with advancements in data team practices

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Informatics, Computer Science, related technical degree or related experience
