Over-sees training on job responsibilities, procedure and Calypso practices
Assist the F&B director in facilitating opening, cleaning & closing procedures
Verifies the inventory counts and reports to the F&B Director
Assist with place the weekly orders with various suppliers
Verifies daily deliveries by various suppliers are accurate
Aides in delivering products to various locations according to requisition levels
Verifies the routine cleaning and maintenance duties are completed in defined areas
Assists with the Pop Bar and BBQ set up
Understand usage & maintenance of equipment and report malfunctions
Assists management in ensuring all health & safety regulations are followed
Complete other tasks required by management
