such as recruitment, training and development, compensation, health
and safety, employment law and conflict resolution.
Electronic recruiting through various Applicant Tracking
Systems
Liaise with Employment Ontario, the Discover Ability Network
and other staffing agencies
Capture and collect employment packages for entry into our
system
Opening new electronic files for each employee
Monitor scheduling, punch corrections and discrepancies
each day to ensure smooth bi-weekly payroll operations
Deploy online training to each employee and verify
completions prior to first day of work
Understand and support the Employee Guide and Health &
Safety Program
Support team of 4 directors for performance evaluations,
disciplinary meetings and dismissals
Capture documentation and information on any workplace
injuries
Liaise with WSIB if needed
