Position Summary:
To load and unload cargo, scan and sort cargo at the station. To transport cargo within and between our stations. Loading and unloading vehicles and picking up and delivering packages in a courteous and efficient manner in the assigned area; Check each shipment to see if it complies with Federal Express Canada's terms of service and perform additional customer service functions.
Knowledge, Skills and Required Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Be able to lift loads of 70 lbs and maneuver, with the help of a suitable device, packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
- Pass the Driver Competency Assessment.
- In the province of Quebec, candidates must be bilingual (French and English)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma/equivalent. College diploma preferred
- Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations is preferred
- Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred
- Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Must be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training
- Must be able to operate in a PC windows environment
- In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
