What you do: Osmow’s is looking to hire a Bilingual District Manager for the Eastern Region (QC, Ottawa & Eastern Ontario). The Bilingual District Manager oversees approximately a geographic region of restaurants and ensures each location is following our “BRAND” standards.
In this role you will be expected to:
· Conduct regular Restaurant Audits, measuring Operating Standards, Food Safety, Guest Experience & Franchise Partner Success
· Optimize Osmow’s business practices to improve profitability, Restaurant growth, Franchise Partner engagement & financial performance
· Ensure you maintain current training requirements & deliver training as need to Franchise Partners & Restaurant Teams
· Work cooperatively with all District Managers & Osmow’s Support Team to implement Osmow’s Brand objectives, develop business practices & provide actionable feedback
Who you are:
· 2+ years’ experience in the Restaurant Industry or District Management role
· Ability to work a full-time schedule (including evenings and weekends if necessary)
· Strong communication skills
· You will need your own car to travel and a valid driver's license
· Experience in food safety
