Roma Fence is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and problem solving abilities as well as exceptional communications skills.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm / 2 Saturdays per month, 8:00am – 2:00pm (Saturday's only April-November)
Job Description
- Inside sales: Generate sales and ensure appropriate materials are given to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up to assure solutions
- Handle inquiries from customers through inbound calls and walk ins
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote selling opportunities
- Process billing and payments
- Maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and develop solution(s) to best meet their needs
- Assist with daily administrative work: data entry, filing, copying, etc
- Assist with contract administration
- Maintain a high level of communication with all internal and external channels
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (within a construction environment is an asset)
- Sales experience is an asset
- A friendly and professional phone disposition
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Must have a team-oriented work approach with the ability to work independently
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
