What exactly will you do?
- Give the DAVIDsTEA Teas Experience in an exceptional way at all times by offering a high level of customer service through;
- Teach customers the world of tea, as well as the blends, products and accessories of DAVIDsTEA;
- Strive to increase in-store traffic and achieve sales targets by presenting samples and participating in community initiatives;
- Act as a store supervisor in the absence of other members of management;
- Be a leader in the execution of operational tasks including the opening and closing procedures of the shop;
- Preserve the aesthetics of the shop by cleaning, storing and organizing, as well as following merchandising plans;
- Adhere to food safety principles and internal beverage preparation guidelines and occupational safety guidelines.

- Maintain store aesthetic by cleaning, stocking, organizing and following merchandising plans
- Adhere to the Food Safe principles and internal guidelines of beverage preparation and workplace safety guidelines
