Job Duties:
1. Lead the execution of the company’s marketing strategy
2. Identify new marketing channels and tactics for increased lead generation
3. Proactively improve marketing strategies and brand recognition
4. Implement and manage marketing campaigns, budgets, and processes
5. Participate in the planning and coordinating of events, promotions and advertising
6. Assist with the creation of printed marketing assets, including brochures, direct mail, and advertisements
7. Manage company social media accounts and responsible for create engaging posts that sustain and increase audience engagement
8. Develop and maintain customer databases and digital advertising campaigns from strategy to creative branding
9. Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
10. Collaborate on sponsor strategies, including coordinate and plan community events, on-site event management where required
11. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing marketing and sales data
12. Work with sales team to support communication activities and account management
Skills Requirements:
-Bachelor degree is required
-Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing is required
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-Be familiar with computer applications in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
