What you will do:
- Plans and executes North American marketing activities (e.g. email campaigns, web content/promotion, search, social media, videos, online ads, media buys, trade shows and events).
- Plans and executes targeted and mass marketing programs and campaigns incorporating various tactics that deliver on the defined goals and objectives.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop marketing content.
- Partners within cross-functional teams to drive execution of effective lead generating multi-channel campaigns.
- Employ project management skills to organize and document plans, and hold others accountable to key inputs such as subject matter expertise, graphic design or technical support.
- Ensure content created is engaging, professional, and relevant to the audience.
- Maintains consistency with brand standards when directing or creating content.
- Identifies performance metrics, measures against, and reports successes, failures, and learning to stakeholders and leadership, and be able to respond to adjust tactical approaches to achieve and exceed goals.
- Partners with internal creative services and external agencies to develop creative copy, design and video following brand standards and digital best practices.
- Partners with web producers and developers for feature and functionality needs to execute activities.
- Work well with technical business partners on enhancing or creating new tools or solutions to support marketing and ecommerce.
Leading candidates will have:
- At least 3 years previous experience in digital marketing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Social sharing, social monitoring tools
- Ability to make updates in Content Management Systems such as WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
- Must be exceptionally organized with excellent time-management and planning skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required
- Knowledge of the Canadian market
- Bilingualism is a plus
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
