Main tasks:
Plan and execute North American marketing activities (email campaigns, web content/promotion, search, social media, videos, online advertisements, media buys, trade shows and events).
Plan and execute targeted and mass marketing programs and campaigns to achieve objectives.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams to drive the execution of multi-channel campaigns.
Organize and document plans, and collaborate with key input experts such as graphic design and technical support.
Ensure content created is engaging and relevant to the Canadian market.
Maintain consistency with brand standards when directing or creating content.
Analyze the various activities, marketing initiatives and performance measures towards the tactical approaches to achieve and exceed the objectives.
Partner with internal creative departments and external agencies to develop creative copy, designs and videos that adhere to brand standards and digital best practices.
Work closely with web producers and developers to carry out marketing activities.
Work with our business partners to improve or create new tools or solutions to support marketing objectives.
Skills sought:
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Stand out with excellent oral and written communication.
Know the Canadian market.
Be bilingual (spoken and written).
Have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field.
Demonstrate expertise in terms of software such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud.
Demonstrate excellent time management, priority and planning skills.
Having Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is an asset
