Position Summary
Under the direction of the HRIS and Payroll Specialist, the incumbent will participate, in collaboration with internal and external partners, in maintaining the HRIS, LMS and Intranet system over time, as well as maintaining related documentation. This person will have to work in a dynamic, changing and growing environment. She will have to analyze, develop and optimize all HR processes in the HRIS. She will have to identify, research and resolve system anomalies and coordinate the various stakeholders (suppliers, internal team). This person will have to train and support HRIS users (Kronos) towards greater autonomy. She will have to manage the organization's HR data (entry, update, creation of analysis reports) and the maintenance of their integrity. To do this, the person will have to understand the issues, identify the needs, propose concrete and efficient solutions and ensure that links are established with other current or future projects. Rigorous monitoring of projects and updating of documentation related to systems will be required.

Knowledge and training required

- Experience with Kronos (asset) and other systems used in HR (LMS, TTY, intranet);
- Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in administration, human resources or equivalent in a relevant field.

- Salary offered: $44358.43 to $60992.84/year (depending on experience and internal equity);
