Position Summary
The daily worker carries out all the handling work within the distribution center. He receives, unloads, checks, settles and sets up the goods. He also ensures shipping by loading and securing trailers. He does the drawing individually and palletly. He carries out the inventory and maintenance by carrying out the cyclical count, by checking the merchandise for stock turnover, maintaining the storage areas and all other related tasks.

Knowledge and training required
- Ability to use a computer system (use of a handheld barcode scanner);
- Have a good ability to do mental calculations;
- Experience in a lumber yard or in outdoor warehouses;
- Holding your forklift operator cards, an asset.
Working conditions
- Entry salary: $16.50 + $1.50/hour outdoor bonus + $1.00/hour evening bonus;
- Several salary increases planned for the first year according to the collective agreement and according to the number of hours worked;
- Schedule Monday to Friday from 3:30 p.m. to midnight;
- Outdoor and warehouse work environment;
- Standing and sitting work;
- Loads of 40 pounds and more to lift.
