Summary
Perform various physico-chemical checks and analyses during manufacturing. Conduct HACCP program monitoring.
Tasks:
- Carry out in-process and/or laboratory checks, measurements and analyses of the various stages of the production process (according to control plans);
- Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment according to the HACCP program;
- Record the data collected from all analyses and verifications in specific software;
- Inform his superior and the foreman of any non-standard results as soon as possible and notify the responsible operators;
- Perform and follow up on detentions deemed necessary during manufacture;
- Carry out, at the request of his superior, any specific control task required according to the situation (special case, emergency, sample preparation, various checks).
Required training:
- DEC in dietetics or agri-food.
Required skills:
- Master verbal and written communication in French;
- Computer skills (Excel, Accept, Word, C-8, BPCS, Sherlock, WMS, Outlook).
