Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of immigration applications and supporting documents;
- Prepare and draft application forms, correspondence letters, and cover letters;
- Track application statuses and follow up with clients;
- Conduct research on immigration policies, practices, and case decisions;
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements;
- Manage client files and maintain accurate client records.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- Strong writing and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
- Team player;
- Ability to meet critical deadlines;
- Post-secondary education (preferred).
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 4-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
