Job Title: UCMAS Centre Manager
Job Type: Part-time (with potential to go full time)
Location: Multiple locations in Lower Mainland
UCMAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee our centre operations and ensure the delivery of quality educational services to children. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, coordinating with teachers, parents, and staff, and ensuring that the centre operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the centre's operations, including scheduling, staff management, inventory, and financials.
- Hire and supervise the centre's staff, including teachers, administrative assistants, and other support personnel.
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of UCMAS courses and services to students, ensuring a high standard of quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote UCMAS and attract new students.
- Maintain excellent relationships with parents and students, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all UCMAS policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education or customer service industry.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for working with children and promoting their development and success.
