UCMAS is seeking motivated and driven individuals to become Franchisees and join our network of educational leaders. As a UCMAS Franchisee, you will have the opportunity to own and operate your own UCMAS centre, delivering high-quality educational services to children in your community.
Responsibilities:
- Invest in the UCMAS franchise and open and operate your own centre.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote UCMAS and attract new students.
- Hire and manage staff, including teachers, administrative assistants, and other support personnel.
- Oversee and manage the centre's operations, including scheduling, staff management, inventory, and financials.
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of UCMAS courses and services to students, ensuring a high standard of quality.
- Maintain excellent relationships with parents and students, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all UCMAS policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for education and helping children succeed.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Financial stability and ability to make the initial investment required to open a UCMAS centre.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the success of your centre.
- Prior business or management experience is preferred, but not essential
